Golf Course Bookings
## Course Renovations - 9/3/26-10/3/26 ##
Between the 9/3/26-10/3/2026 The course was closed for green renovations - as such we would like to advise all golfers before booking that the greens have been cored recently and will be recovering from that over the next week. For more information please call the proshop on 02 9195 1000.
## Public Bookings Portal ##
Please note that this online booking system is only for reserving and paying for tee times and cart hire. Golf balls, tees, push buggies, and clubs are not included and can be purchased or hired separately from the Pro Shop on the day.
## Arrival Time##
All players must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time (e.g. a 12:00pm tee time requires an 11:45am arrival). Late arrivals may result in forfeiting the allocated tee time and being moved to the next available slot, subject to availability.
## Afternoon Cart Hire ##
All carts and hire equipment (excluding pull buggies) must be returned to the Pro Shop by 6:00 pm. Please allow enough time to complete your round — 18 holes typically takes 4 – 4.5 hours, and 9 holes takes 2 – 2.5 hours. For twilight bookings, there is no guarantee of a set number of holes; play is limited to however many holes you can complete before carts are due back or before dark if walking. Twilight is Mon-Fri after 3PM.
## Group Numbers ##
The standard group size for golf bookings is four players. If a booking is made for fewer than four players, additional players may be joined to your group to form a full group. If a booking is made for more than 4 players you will be required to play in separate groups of no more than 4 players.
